A store had a sale on sweet potatoes (70% off the normal price I pay) so I bought a bunch. First we made sweet potatoes/quinoa/bean chili, Honey/lime, roasted sweet potatoes and sweet potatoes/black bean enchiladas (one of my favorites) and our little girl who eats just about everything will not eat them. This is new. Next I tried sweet potato gnocchi which tastes a lot like cinnamon french toast. And while they enjoyed helping make it, she still did not like the final product. Finally I made sweet potato fries. What kids doesn't like fries? Kherington...well, at least not sweet potato ones. I guess she really doesn't like the taste of sweet potatoes. What a shame. On the bright side, she doesn't mind just picking them so I can still use them however I want :).
