This evening we decorated for Christmas which included putting up mine and Ryan's first Christmas tree in our 5.9 years of marriage...all 30cm of it. While we were in Istanbul, we found the tree, mini ornaments and mini lights for about 5 euros in total. I liked the next size up tree, but it wouldn't fit in our suitcase (we just brought a carry-on) so we went for the midget one.
The kids helped put on the ornaments and we even dug out our hodge podge of random Christmas decorations that we've collected over the years. While we decorated we listed to a Christmas station on Pandora. If that doesn't getting you into the holiday mood, I'm not sure what will.
